Wallpaper and wall art use different production partners and delivery arrangements. Please use the section matching your product. Existing orders retain the delivery terms agreed at purchase.
Wallpaper — Fancy Walls
Wallpaper is printed to order after payment and confirmation of print-ready details. Normal production takes 1–2 business days; during holidays allow 2–4 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Artwork approvals, unresolved specifications, peak production, carrier or customs delays may affect delivery; we will communicate any revised estimate.
Wallpaper orders ship to supported addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is included in the displayed wallpaper price. Wallpaper import taxes and tariffs are covered, with no additional import charge on delivery.
Wait for delivery and inspection before booking installation.
Wall art — Gelato
Paper posters, framed prints, canvas, acrylic and metal prints are produced for each order through Gelato. Delivery depends on the exact product, size, production location, destination, current capacity and shipping service.
General Standard/Economy guidance: Gelato currently publishes typical domestic delivery of 2–4 days and international delivery of 4–6 days. These are general supplier estimates, not a guaranteed total for every wall-art format, size or address. The supplier states these ranges as days, rather than business days.
Your product’s total estimate: Contact vasiliadisigor@gmail.com before ordering with the product, size, quantity, destination country and postal code. We will check the current Gelato estimate for that selection and send an initial response within 3 business days. Gelato’s quoted estimated arrival date includes production and transit together; do not add a separate production period to that quoted total. Large formats, specialist materials, remote addresses and peak periods may take longer. Wallpaper’s delivery ranges do not apply to wall art.
Wall-art shipping charges and available destinations are shown at checkout. Express service applies only if offered and selected for your order. Local production is used where available but is not guaranteed; cross-border shipments may attract customs charges under the destination’s rules. Any duties-included or tax-included promise must be stated for the particular order; wallpaper’s included-import-charge arrangement does not extend to wall art.
Tracking, separate parcels and delivery problems
Tracking information is shared after dispatch when supplied by the carrier. Different products or production partners may ship in separate parcels and arrive on different days. Contact us promptly about an incorrect address, missing parcel, stopped tracking or delivery damage, quoting your order number. We send an initial response to order-issue claims within 3 business days and investigate with the production partner and carrier.
For wallpaper damage, retain the wallpaper, box and shipping label and send clear photographs. For wall art, send photos of the item and packaging where available. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for the separate procedures. Mandatory delivery remedies and consumer rights remain unaffected.
