Orders and customer support

For wallpaper or wall-art enquiries, cancellations, delivery problems or damage and defect claims, contact us directly. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We send an initial response to damage, defect and order-issue claims within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For a product issue, include clear photographs of the item and affected area. For delivery damage, include the packaging and shipping label where available. Read our Returns and Refunds Policy for the separate wallpaper and wall-art procedures.

This is a business contact address, not a general returns address. Contact us before sending any item back. Never email passwords or full payment-card details.
