Who this notice covers

This notice explains personal information used in connection with the Igor Vasiliadis Shopify store, project enquiries and purchases. The store operator and controller for its own processing is Igor Vasiliadis, Pefkon 13, Neo Iraklio, Athens 14122, Greece. For privacy questions and rights requests, contact vasiliadisigor@gmail.com. Shopify and other services may have their own responsibilities for processing described in their privacy notices.

Information involved

• Enquiries: your name, email, optional phone number and anything you choose to share about your project.
• Orders and accounts, when used: contact details, billing and delivery addresses, purchased items, payment status, order history and support correspondence. Payment services process payment details needed for the transaction.
• Website use: device and browser information, IP address, page interactions, cookies and similar technology, depending on the services in use and your privacy choices.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or photographs containing people or private documents unless necessary for your enquiry.

Purposes and legal bases

We use information to respond to requests, administer orders and returns, provide support, operate and secure the store, and meet legal obligations. Where GDPR applies, the relevant bases are steps you request before a contract or performance of a contract, compliance with legal duties, and legitimate interests such as proportionate security and customer support. Shopify hosts the store and processes information to provide its services. Wallpaper fulfilment

For wallpaper orders fulfilled by Fancy Walls (SIA Monetic, Latvia), we share the customer name, delivery address, necessary contact details and order specifications needed to print and ship the goods. Relevant order details and issue photographs may also be shared to investigate delivery problems, defects or returns. Payment-card credentials are not needed by the wallpaper printer. Igor Vasiliadis remains your seller and contact for order support and privacy requests.

Cookies and advertising choices

Read our Cookie Policy. Where offered, use the store’s cookie preferences to manage optional tracking. Our Your Privacy Choices page provides Shopify’s opt-out mechanism for applicable US state rights. Cross-site advertising disclosures can be treated as sale or sharing under some laws. Global Privacy Control is handled by Shopify’s privacy tools where applicable. This notice does not assert that every optional integration is currently enabled.

Retention and international processing

Information is retained for the time needed to handle enquiries, fulfil orders, maintain required business records, resolve disputes and meet legal duties. Different records have different retention needs; contact us for the period or criteria applicable to your information. Shopify and other providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers must rely on applicable safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual clauses.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing, or object to certain processing. You can withdraw consent and opt out of marketing; transactional communications may still be needed. Email us to exercise these rights. We may need proportionate identity verification and will respond within the applicable legal timeframe. Rights can be subject to lawful exceptions, including required record retention. You may complain to your local data protection authority and exercise applicable appeal rights.

Security, children and updates

The store is intended for adults making purchases or project enquiries. Contact us if a child has submitted personal information that should be removed. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this notice when relevant practices change and provide additional notice where required by law.
